RayKo Photo Center in San Francisco will be holding a three-session workshop on VanDyke Brown starting Sunday, November 8th.
The day-by-day break-down can be found below, and full details, including registration information, can be found here.
“Day one will consist of lecture where students will discuss what type of imagery works best for the process, how to navigate the notoriously short contrast scale, paper options, as well as the proper way to mix chemicals. On day two, students will make large format digital negatives on transparency film and coat their selected papers. Day 3 will consist of using RayKo’s UV unit to make your Van Dyke print on your pre coated paper.”
