On July 8th, Gold Street Studios Workshops & Gallery in Victoria, Australia will be holding a Collodion Chloride POP (Aristotype) workshop. This collodion chloride printing out paper displaced albumen and starch papers by the 1890s, and its formula was rediscovered by Mark Osterman of the Eastman Museum. The one-day workshop at Gold Street Studios will cover negatives (including creating digital negatives), paper choices, coating methods, exposure, processing, and toning.
On July 10th, Ellie Young will be leading a one-day ambrotype workshop where students will coat, expose, and process their own glass plates.
