“Public/Private” by Chris Peters opens at Gravy Studio on April 7th

Our good friends at Gravy Studio have an amazing show scheduled for April, so if you find yourself in Philadelphia, stop on by and tell them THP sent you!

For Public/Private,  photographer Chris Peters has created camera obscuras inside of abandoned spaces and photographed the resulting images.  In creating this work, he combines public and private spaces, and encourages discussion about the politics and social implications of the urban environment and ideas of accessibility and inaccessibility.

There will be an opening reception on Friday, April 7th and an artist talk on Saturday, April 29th.
