“Photography + Folk Art” on view at Art Institute Chicago thru January 19th

Art Institute Chicago has the exhibition Photography + Folk Art: Looking for America in the 1930s on view through January 19th.  The exhibition features work created by photographers engaged by the FSA to document every day life in America alongside reproductions of early American decorative arts and crafts created by artists who were part of the WPA Index of American Design project.
