Are you interested in taking your camera work to the next level? In this four-hour primer, you’ll learn the basics of large format photography, including different camera types and lenses, how large format cameras function, control of focus and convergence of parallel lines through movement of standards, fundamentals of metering, how to load film holders, and more.
Working in small groups, you’ll have the chance to try out a variety of large format cameras using instant film to make your own exposures.
Level: Some previous photography experience is recommended. Students should have an understanding of basic camera functions (aperture, shutter speed, ISO).
Price: Free, with a $10 materials fee. (This fee will hold your space and is not refundable).
Space is limited, so reserve your seat today!
